We are continuously looking for new locations to rent, either apartments or offices spaces.
Our team will seek the necessary permits from the city to operate as a short-term rental, 100% legally.
The official change of use will be done at our expenses, no costs or risks for you.
We will furnish the apartments modernly, equip the built-in kitchen and bathroom accordingly and rent out the location as serviced apartments for short term stays.
