Cloud-Relax is looking for committed employees (m/f/d) in the area of housekeeping for our location in Augsburg with 2 serviced apartments and our location in Munich with 1 serviced apartment. Your main task is to ensure our guests have unforgettable stays by carefully cleaning, disinfecting and preparing the apartments for new guests.

You are the heart of our on-site team and represent Cloud-Relax to our guests. Your responsibilities include checking furnished apartments for damage, thorough cleaning and ensuring cleanliness and functionality. You will focus on hotel standards and help ensure that our guests enjoy an outstanding experience.

During the orientation, which lasts about a day, you will learn everything you need to prepare our serviced apartments. Previous knowledge of serviced apartments, holiday apartments or the hotel industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Checking furnished apartments for damage
• Cleaning and preparation of the apartments after guests’ departure
• Ensuring furniture and equipment functionality
• Replenish consumables and Cloud Relax items
• Inventory control, reordering and incoming goods inspection
• Occasional basic cleaning as directed
• Proactive inspection of apartments to avoid potential problems

Working hours are flexible from Monday to Sunday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Part-time options are negotiable and opportunities for further development and advancement are available.

Job requirements:

• Completed training helpful, but not required
• Discipline, time flexibility and occasional weekend work
• Confident use of app -based applications and your own smartphone
• Sense of responsibility, attentiveness, caring and thoroughness
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good knowledge of German and/or English and/or Romanian
• Previous knowledge of serviced apartments, holiday apartments or the hotel industry is an advantage, but not essential.

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the operations department who will support us in operating our serviced apartments at locations in Augsburg, Munich and the surrounding area.

During the training, you will learn everything about short-term rentals and serviced apartments as well as how to operate them efficiently and at the same time in a customer-oriented manner.

Previous knowledge of serviced apartments/short-term rentals/hotels is not required, but would be an advantage.

The induction phase usually lasts 2-3 months.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Ensuring the daily operation of the assigned serviced apartments within the legal framework and Cloud Relax standards
• Managing our day-to-day relationships with local vendors, employees and suppliers and ensuring consistent levels of quality.
• Coordination of our cleaning teams at the respective locations as well as the coordination of proactive maintenance and servicing to protect and ensure the physical condition of our units
• Written and telephone contact with our guests as well as processing and answering customer inquiries before, during and after their stay
• Support the operations team with other tasks

Job Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree.
• The ability to follow existing processes and a high level of discipline in everyday life
• Willingness to work occasionally, including on weekends or in the evening/night hours
• A quick comprehension
• Strong communication skills and a great sense of empathy
• Organizational skills and a strong orientation towards problem solving
• Good handling of performance pressure
• Clean and error-free written and oral expression in German and English
• Solid knowledge of IT applications
• Previous knowledge of serviced apartments, holiday apartments, the hotel industry and/or customer support is an advantage, but not necessary.
